Web Site MaintenanceMaintenance is crucial - whether it be making corrections to old content or simply making the text fresh. You don't want your web site to be stale or outdated. Purchasing a maintenance package can help assure that you will revisit the site and make positive changes on a regular basis. For our web design customers, we offer a web maintenance package. Our standard maintenance package of $15.00 per month for up to ½ hour of web updates per month. A minimum 6 month commitment is required. For typical HTML-based web sites, this is enough time to add up to five photos and a few paragraphs of text. The typical turn-around time on standard maintenance requests is two business days. We will never go over the ½ hour, or whatever your allotted time is based on the plan you've signed up for, unless you specifically request us to. (We'll let you know if you request something that is not likely to fit into your plan.) If you do request more work than will fit in your plan, we will gladly give an estimate on the project based on the time we expect it to take. Additional time will be billed at a discounted rate of $40.00 per hour. Requested maintenance for clients that have not purchased the maintenance package described above will be billed at $25.00 per ½ hour. Note: There are some things that fall outside the "maintenance" definition. In general, new pages are not considered maintenance and would require a new cost estimate - depending on your needs.
